How to Edit Customer Settings

Setting default payment terms and methods begins before you provide the goods or services.


1. Click Other Information ribbon bar

2. Click Preference button preference

3. Select Customer

4. Select your default payment term and payment method

You must have been wondering, what are all those settings for?

a. Stop on credit: Customer may not be able to obtain goods or services before payment
b. Address required: Customer address is required information

5. Click save button or Press Alt + c
