How to Edit Email Settings

Link your current email to Mazsoft software and you will be able to:


- Remind your client for the next WOF or Services via email

- Remind your client about an Overdue Payment

- Directly email client’s invoice


A payment doesn’t have to be late for you to remind your client

1. Click Other Information ribbon bar

2. Click Preference button preference

3. Select Email

4. If you are using Google for your default email provider, you can use the same setting as picture below

You must have been wondering, what are all those settings for?

a. STMP mail host: Server that will send the email
b. STMP port: Port to connect to the email server
c. Enable SSL: Whether the email is encrypted when sent to the email server
d. Server requires authentication: Method for authentication(almost always Login)
e. User Name: Typically the full email address
f. Password: Typically the same as the password to retrieve the email

4. Click save button or Press Alt + c
