How to Create New Email Template

Creating Email template helps you to customise your message for an automated email message and access them faster.

1. If you don’t have Email template, create one

2. Click Other Information ribbon bar

3. Click Email Templates button

4. Click Add button

5. Click Available fields to include in your template button

You can use this library to insert specific field information into your template

6. Click save button or Press Alt + c
