How to Create New Work Order

Creating a work order helps you define the work that needs to be done. Once you have a record of the work order, you can use it to help manage when that work gets done.

1. If you don’t have work order, create one

2. Click Sales ribbon bar

3. Click Manage Work Order toolbar button

4. Click Add button add-button

5. Select an existing vehicle or create a new vehicle record

6. All users must fill mandatory (highlighted) field. The following field is mandatory:

i. Customer
ii. Vehicle
iii. Payment Term

7. Click save button or Press Alt + c
